A great improvement over wearing just lifting shoes, allows us to do more than just lift on a platform.

Especially great for traveling when you don’t to or can’t pack multiple pairs of shoes.

    A couple of improvements:

Come in different lift sizes, .5″, .63″, .75″

Make the insert out of a softer material, current one is very rigid

Make the insert the length the full length of the show and come in different sizes: S/M/L/XL

Overall a great product, have recommended to my athletes and they appreciate them as well

As I have gotten older the flexion in my joints have gotten worse. These lifts have helped me and my lifts tremendously. Also, they allow me to go from my lifts into WODs without having to constantly transitioning footwear. I still use my olys when doing just lifts or lifting centric WODs but these are an affordable, durable option to getting better lifts.

I’ve been using this product for about a year in my Crossfit nano 2.0 I love it, but I just bought a reebok lifter plus 2.0 I honestly can’t tell a difference so I’m sending the lifters back! All around love it!

Wodlifts are a great substitute for when you don’t have access to lifting shoes (i.e. during travel) . They’re also great for WODs with Oly lifts and Double Unders. I find them too hard for running WODs (give me sore heels). I travel a fair bit for work and visit other boxes multiple times a month. My travel kit includes nanos + wodlifts.

I travel for business and pleasure quite a bit. When I am on the road I like to try to get my training in. I enjoy packing light and throwing a pair of WODLifts in my bag is much easier than throwing in a pair of Olympic shoes.

Was unsure at first if this product would work well. Although once it tried them out during training it turned out well, enabled me to add an extra heel to my Nike Romaleos to allow for greater depth, form and a vertical back while squatting. It’s durable, unlike other similar products on the market and fit in well in my shoes, and was comfortable to wear.

Very pleased! I live in the UK so ordered a size medium for use in 8 (EU – 42) trainers and they were as snug as a bug in a rug. These would be great in crossfit WODs though my use is to increase the height of my Adipowers for greater ankle ROM.

They do not replace a lifting shoe but if you are doing lifts along with running in a WOD they are great.

Love my WOD lifts. 2 decades of competitive hockey left me with poor ankle mobility. I love using WOD lifts for a little extra lift in my nano’s during some wods.

I also some times put them in my lifters to really help me keep my chest upright in squats and Olympic lifts…they have helped me really practice improving at depth where my range of motion was a big limiting factor.

    Well worth the money.

I am new’ish to Oly Lifting, so I did not want to spend the 150-200 on Oly Shoes, these have been a perfect bridge for me. They take a few seconds to slip in shoes before Oly Class and work great. They provide a very stable base to lift on and fit in any shoes you have. If you are thinking about buying a pair, do it, these are worth much more than 40$ price tag. Enjoy!

Comfortable and great for WODs where you would like to wear lifters but cannot. Highly recommended.

I have terrible mobility in my left ankle/soleus due to scar tissue from many ankle sprains. These wodlifts really allow me to get deep in front and back squats.

Love the product ! Was introduced to WOD Lifts at my home CF gym by a CF Games competitor who let me try them for squats and explained what they do. I bought 3 pairs that day after contacting sellers w questions and receiving a response immediately by phone. I paid it fwd by giving a pair to my wife and a pair to a friend who both use them regularly. Again thanks for the great product and the excellent customer service. BT

Love this product! I have extremely poor ankle mobility due to congenital issues resulting in multile surgeries and therefor lots of scar tissue. wodLIFTS allow me to squat properly during WODs that you cannot wear lifting shows. I also don’t even notice them when I’m running. If you like liftig shoes, you will love wodLIFTS.

I purchase the WOD lifts about a year ago and use them in my Nanos. I love them. They are great for stability during a WOD. I now own lifting shoes for when I am only working on my lifting but for the WOD you really can’t do any better than the WOD lifts. It was also my first purchase for my crossfit training and I am glad I have them

I am very impressed with WODlifts and my nanos have now replaced my Romaleos in WODs with weightlifting, making such movements as gymnastics and running much MUCH easier. You’ve designed a great product and I am appreciative of them in my arsenal.

I have very limited ankle mobility and these WOD lifts are perfect. I can now do any OLY lifts in my reebok nanos and hit full depth no problem. (Something I cannot do normally) i put these in my adipower OLY shoes when strictly weightlifting or squatting. They help tremendously. Comftorable for running, double unders and even box jumps. I would recommend buying the three pack if you’re a crossfit shoe hoarder like myself.

Flexibility is an issue with me, I dont like to WOD in my oly shoes. This is a great device to allow for ease with heavy oly wods and high amounts of wall balls or air squats. I’m a traveling gym kinda guy so these allow my oly shoes to stay at home. For 40$ what are you really holding out for, give them a chance you’ll be satisfied.

  19. 5 out of 5

These wodLIFTS are the best. I use them when I travel, they enable me to pack light but also have the right equipment when I need to do barbell work. They provide stability, are comfortable and I highly recommend them to anyone who does CrossFit. One of my best investments!

  20. 4 out of 5

Great alternative to Oly lifters. I eventually bought a pair of Reebok Lifters and still use my WODLifts as they provide the same support. Great product!

First off, I’m not a crossfitter. I wear my wodlifts inside of olympic weightlifting shoes for even more added heel height, and the difference in stability and position is very noticeable. It’s very easy to sink into a deep squat position with arms overhead, even with my long legs making things difficult. An excellent product.

  22. 5 out of 5

These are amazing. I have a very bad ankle that has limited mobility. The WODlifts have helped me so much. I feel so much ore stable and comfortable lifting.

I’ve been using my wodLIFTs since last August and absolutely love them. They definitely fit the bill when that little heel lift is necessary but oly shoes just won’t work. I wear them for WoDs with running, box jumps, DUs all the time.

  24. 5 out of 5

Provides everything as advertised. Currently using them on my Powerlift 3s, and my squat feels so much more smooth. Can easily hit depth without worrying about being held back by a lack of mobility. Great purchase and highly recommend!

  25. Got them in the mail today and tested them out. Did some squat cleans, back squat and front squat and could immediately notice the difference. I usually have to put 5~10 lb weights under my heels when I squat and won’t have to anymore. My feet did have to get used to the hardness of it if that makes any sense. Definitely would recommend these to others, they are fantastic. Saved over $100 getting these instead of Oly shoes.

Athletes encounter a variety of unique challenges when completing the varied movements associated with intense functional fitness training. One that many athletes struggle with is deciding which shoe to wear when workouts include both squats and agility movements. A great example is “Nancy” – 5 Rounds of 400 meter run + 15 Overhead Squats. Most of us would appreciate the raised heel of a weightlifting shoe for the squats, but they are too heavy and rigid for a series of 400 meter runs.

wodLIFTS addresses this problem by allowing athletes to add heel height to a flat training shoe that is light and transitions easily to the forefoot. Adding heel height to a shoe that is not heavy and rigid allows athletes to squat deeper without limiting the ability to complete athletic movements that require running and jumping. They are built of a solid material that does not compress. Putting them in your favorite metcon shoe provides a stable base during any WOD that includes squat and agility movements.

Each year the programming competitors face at every level becomes more complex and physically demanding. You will be hard pressed to find a competition that does not present at least one event that leaves athletes making compromises when choosing between weightlifting shoes and a favorite flat metcon shoe.

Minor improvements during pistols, wall balls, or any other squat based movements can add up over the course of an event. Not everyone faces the same limitations, but everyone has a movement where wodLIFTS will provide an edge that could be the difference between the podium and disappointment.

One major benefit of weightlifting shoes is a raised heel, which provides a mechanical advantage when athletes execute squat movements. The additional height helps to overcome range of motion limitations that can be associated with tight ankles, long femurs, or other anatomic issues that make it more difficult for an individual to achieve full squat depth while maintaining an upright torso position. That is the long way of saying they make it easier to squat deep.

While many athletes do find achieving an appropriate squat depth to be difficult, not every athlete wants or needs to invest in lifting shoes. Adding a pair of wodLIFTS to your favorite pair of functional fitness appropriate shoes provides an inexpensive solution that provides immediate performance gains for strength training and metcon workouts.
